General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) applies to all sales of GPS products to you, the purchaser.
Ordering Online
After you are finished shopping, click “View Cart” buttons located throughout the site. We try to keep our site as up to date as possible. However, if an item that you have ordered is not available for purchase, we will notify you via e-mail or telephone.
Order Processing
We process our orders Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States. Orders received after 11:00 am PST may not be processed until the next business day. Please be advised that once an order is placed.
Sales Tax
We charge a sales tax, at the then applicable rate, to all orders shipped to a Washington address. We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped to all other locations.

Shipping Policies
When an order is placed on our site, it is generally shipped within 3-5 business days. Occasionally, we may have a delay in which case we will contact you. We require a signature on all package deliveries. Please ensure that you are shipping to an address where someone will be available to sign for the package. Please note that the shipping times listed are from the time the order leaves our warehouse, not from the time when you place the order. Many times, we have to get your item(s) from one of our other locations, and this could delay shipping up to three days.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that we are not able to offer Saturday delivery. Alaska/Hawaii is an additional charge to the above listed rates.
International Shipping
We now ship to all non-embargoed countries. All orders must be shipped to the billing address, no exceptions. Orders may be delayed or cancelled due to security protocols including but not limited to the verification of: billing address, ip address, country, phone, BIN information, email address, and proxy. We are not responsible for any taxes or duty fees imposed by your local customs office. Please note that there are no returns or exchanges on international orders. Please read shipping options carefully before choosing which carrier you would like to deliver your package.
United States Postal Service (USPS) Global Express Mail
Once the package leaves our warehouse, you should receive it between 3-5 business days, not including any time spent in customs in the US or Canada. Products shipped Internationally may be subject to taxes and duty costs in order to release your package to you. For more details, please contact your local customs office. We are not responsible for any additional tax or duty costs imposed by customs officials of any foreign country. We will provide you with a tracking number for your package via email as soon as it ships. The package will require a signature upon delivery. Please note, after USPS attempts delivery three times without success, the package will be treated as abandoned and neither you nor GPS will be able to retrieve the package. The process for filing an insurance claim for lost or damaged packages is lengthy with USPS. We will not issue any refunds for lost or damaged packages until the insurance claim has been completed, resolved, and closed by USPS.
United Parcel Service (UPS) Worldwide Expedited
Once the package leaves our warehouse, you should receive it between 2-5 business days. UPS provides door-to-door customs-cleared delivery. We will provide you with a tracking number for your package via email as soon as it ships. The package will require a signature upon delivery. Please note, after UPS attempts delivery three times without success, the package will be treated as abandoned and neither you nor GPS will be able to retrieve the package.
One-Year Limited Warranty
GPS warrants only to the original purchaser of this product from GPS or a GPS-authorized reseller or distributor that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one year after date of purchase. GPS reserves the right, before having any obligation under this limited warranty, to inspect the damaged GPS product, and all costs of shipping the GPS product to GPS for inspection shall be borne solely by the purchaser. In order to recover under this limited warranty, Purchaser must make claim to GPS within 60 days of occurrence, and must present acceptable proof of original ownership (such as original receipt, warranty card registration, on-line registration, or other documentation GPS deems acceptable) for the product. GPS, at its option, shall repair or replace the defective unit covered by this warranty. Please retain the dated sales receipt as evidence of the original purchaser's date of purchase. You will need it for any warranty service. In order to keep this limited warranty in effect, the product must have been handled and used as prescribed in the instructions accompanying this warranty. This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse or negligence. This limited warranty is valid only if the product is used with the equipment specified on the product box. Please check product box for details or call GPS technical support for proper use of the product. This limited warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to any purchaser who bought the product from a reseller or distributor not authorized by GPS, including but not limited to purchases from internet auction sites. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GPS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE EXTENT THAT ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES MAY NONETHELESS EXIST BY OPERATION OF LAW, ANY SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. SOME STATES/PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THIS PRODUCT, AS PROVIDED HEREIN, IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. GPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST REVENUES, LOST PROFITS, DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, AND THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS, ARISING OUT OF ANY THEORY OF RECOVERY, INCLUDING WARRANTY, CONTRACT, STATUTORY OR TORT. NOTWITHSTANDING THE TERM OF ANY LIMITED WARRANTY OR ANY WARRANTY IMPLIED BY LAW, OR IN THE EVENT THAT ANY LIMITED WARRANTY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE, IN NO EVENT WILL GPS'S ENTIRE LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THIS PRODUCT. SOME STATES/PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAYNOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE AND PROVINCE TO PROVINCE.
Return Policy and Procedure
We will accept returns and exchanges on items within the one year from the date of purchase pursuant to the warranty described above. All costs of shipping the GPS product to GPS for inspection shall be borne solely by you, the purchaser. In addition, purchasers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges or re-shipping. Prior to returning items, please email customerservice@GPS.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Once you receive the RA# please write the RA# boldly on the outside of the original box.
Return Address
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept c.o.d. deliveries. Please send all returns or exchanges, insured, along with the original invoice and details in the original packaging to:

General
Governing Law; Severability.
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington excluding that body of law pertaining to conflict of laws. If any provision of this Agreement is for any reason found to be unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement will continue in full force and effect.
Jurisdiction & Venue
You consents to jurisdiction in Washington and agrees that in any suit or action hereon venue will lie in Clark County, Washington
No Modification.
This Agreement does not contain any terms that you offer pursuant to a purchase order or other contract or correspondence.
Complete Understanding.
This Agreement, together with each purchase order executed by the parties, constitutes the complete and exclusive understanding and agreement of the parties and supersedes all prior understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, with respect to the subject matter hereof. Any waiver, modification or amendment of any provision of this Agreement will be effective only if in writing and signed by the parties hereto.
